We are offering a free series of educational seminars titled “KEEPING IT TOGETHER”.

These seminars focus on families caring for an individual with a disability.  The goal of these seminars is to provide tools to assist in maintaining a healthy family unit while dealing with the disability. Some of the topics covered are:

Coping with Stress;           Healthy Relationships;               Grief and Guilt;

Health, Humor and Happiness.
